Cavities....yes, no, maybe so.

G-Man & KJ had dental appointments this morning. .....drum roll please....do we have cavities or do we not??? NO CAVITIES!!! Yay! They both got great reports from the dentist, and made the dentist giggle at how much they like brushing their teeth. They snatched the tooth brush out of the dentists hand and showed off exactly how they brush their teeth...until they realized the tooth brush didn't have tooth paste. Gunner got the "good kid" award today. He didn't shed one tear! Karlee on the other hand, cried enough to put out the forest fires in California. She did NOT want her teeth looked at this visit and made sure everyone in the entire office knew about it. It was slightly embaressing, actually. Good thing she didn't have any cavities because I'm not sure we could have made it through.

In the lobby they have a fun little game station for the kids to play on. Do you see my "big" kid playing? Scott claimed he was 'teaching' the kids how to play video games. Notice how in *most* of the pictures he's the only one playing?!?! hahaha, looks like he was doing a LOT of teaching, huh!

And here they are in the exam room. All was good with Karlee until she had to lay down. That's when the water-works began. And see the cute sun glasses? They give them those so their super-Hero powers can come out to keep the cavities away....and so they can use the bright exam light :)

Gunner & Karlee got a pretty neat surprise in the mail the other day....blanket backpacks! Grandma Linda made them especially for them to take to school for nap time. And they LOVE them :) Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! Don't they look all grown up?!?! :(
