Birthday weekend fun!

Gunner & Karlee's 1st Birthday started bright and early Wednesday morning when we picked their Auntie Aims up in Dallas at 6am...boy was she tired! We hung out around the house and did some quick shopping in preparation for the birthday party. Amy also showed me that although Karlee doesn't have much hair, she has enough for pig-tails!!! Doesn't she look SO grown up?!?!
Then Thursday afternoon Grandma Linda and Grandpa Tony arrived...Karlee and Gunner didn't know what to think with all of these people showering them with hugs and kisses!
And then, as if life couldn't get any more exciting for us, 2 more special people arrived: Gunner & Karlee's Great Grammie Emogene, and their Aunt Wendy!

Between Aunts, Grandma's, Grandpa's and Great Grandma's Gunner & Karlee got spoiled ALL weekend long! Our weekend got a little sad Sunday morning when I took Amy back to the airport, a little more sad Sunday afternoon when Grandma Linda & Grandpa Tony left, and then even sadder Tuesday morning when Great Grammie & Aunt Wendy left.
